UX Designer
Convoke is looking for a user-experience designer to be a core member of its team. Convoke secures business-to-business exchange of data and documents through a multi-tenant, SaaS application that provides a secure storage, delivery, workflow management, and auditing platform. Responsibilities
- Build UI designs that improve the user experience and conduct user research to validate decisions
- Create user flows, personas and storyboards
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product leads to create mockups, prototypes and wireframes
- Rapidly test and iterate rich designs that feel great
- Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience
- Expert in developing highly interactive prototypes using Figma and other design tools
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
- A personal design portfolio demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of current web UI design trends
- Passionate about resolving user pain points; using empirical data to support decisions
- Strong background working with Agile software delivery teams
- 4-year technical degree from an accredited university (waived with sufficient work experience)
- Eligible to work in the U.S. and can pass a detailed background check
Pluses
- Experience in the financial or similar enterprise, B2B market
- Hands on experience with design systems such as Material Design, MUI, or Flat Remix
- Understanding of the front-end frameworks such as React and Angular
- Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies
