Convoke, a leading SAAS technology provider in the Financial Oversight and Compliance market, is looking for a Product Manager to join its growing Product Team. Convoke secures business-to-business data and document exchange through a multi-tenant, SaaS application that provides durable storage, secure delivery, workflow management, and a comprehensive auditing platform. As part of the company’s product team, reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, you will help to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap and engage in how to bring new products to the market.
This position is focused on translating business strategies into concrete plans for live operations and monetization. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and architects to prepare and present insights, plans, recommendations, and status reports to executive stakeholders. You’ll help implement quantitative, data-informed growth strategies which align with the overall product vision. You’ll be an evangelist for product strategy and develop critical product management specifications, roadmaps, and related deliverables. You’ll prioritize tasks while being mindful of customer value, time to delivery, resource constraints, and market factors.
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager delivering Software as a Service products
Strong product management skills: product sense, execution, success goals measurement and metrics
Experience with software architecture and working with engineers to build empathetic user experiences
Ability to quickly identify and understand use cases and corresponding user pain points
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and a love for collaboration; self-motivated with strong initiative

You have a quantitative mindset; you use empirical data to support decisions.
You have a 4-year technical degree from an accredited university. (waived with sufficient work experience)
Experience in a similar role in Financial Services, FinTech, or working with financial or account applications and data
Experience working at a SAAS product-centric company delivering new product releases in an agile environment
Experience working in audited environments with encrypted data and strong security controls and governance
Experience with products, applications, and tools that handle large volumes of transactional data
